Happy Holidays y'all! Being that this is a busy season with friends and family, I wanted to provide you with a program that has quick, and easy workouts effective for burning fat! Let's be real, none of us are going to eat 100% clean during the holidays so this challenge is to hold you accountable during the holidays and end the year strong. Plus, a little challenge is fun :) If you can commit to 25 movies a day on Freeform, than I think you can squeeze in a 20-30 minute workout everyday!
Most workouts can be modified to do at home, just substitute equipment! Otherwise, this plan is in the gym with minimal equipment. (dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, bosu ball, slam balls, boxes)
